C. Haley Abel

Haley Abel is an attorney providing professional legal services in the Incline Village – Crystal Bay and Northern Nevada area primarily in the areas of corporate, transactional, intellectual property, estate planning, and real estate law. Ms. Abel is passionate about helping small businesses succeed and individual clients pursue their business or estate planning goals.

A graduate from Louisiana State University, she graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in English and a double minor in Political Science and Classical Studies. She represented the University as a LSU Ambassador and served in student government. As an avid racing and leisure sailor, in between college and law school, she spent six months sailing the Caribbean. She received a Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, after completing a year of Business Law classes at Emory University Law School in Atlanta, Georgia and an International Business and Trade Law Program in Krakow, Poland. Ms. Abel is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada State Bar and the American Bar Association.    

Outside of her legal and business endeavors, Ms. Abel is involved in the community as a public servant. She recently became an Executive Board member of Tahoe Family Solutions and participates in multiple community fundraisers. Ms. Abel is passionate about giving pro bono legal services for both individuals and non-profit organizations in the Lake Tahoe area. As an avid hiker and mountaineer, she is a member of the Tahoe Rim Trail Association and has climbed many of the major peaks in the Sierras. Ms. Abel is also an active member of Incline Community Business Association. Ms. Abel also enjoys international travel and culture, and has visited over forty-five countries. When she is not assisting clients, you can find Ms. Abel hiking with her dog, Bella, or snowboarding at Squaw Valley USA.
